2023 Run Gifford Run-Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run
RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY FORM

First and foremost, I understand that operating a motor vehicle or motorcycle is an activity that precludes, and contains, considerable risk of serious personal injury, paralysis, dismemberment, property damage and/or loss or death.
I am of sound mind and body, and of legal age to sign this document. I hereby, knowingly and freely, accept the risks, as a driver or passenger, of all personal injury and/or property damage arising from my participation in the 2023 Run Gifford Run-Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run. I hereby agree, that I, my dependents, heirs, accessors, executors, and assigns, do release, hold harmless against, and indemnify, the Veterans Memorial Museum (VMM), Rock to River Events LLC, Flivvers at the River, Guy and Hazelanna McMahan, Randle Fire & EMS-Lewis Dist. 21D14, and all sponsors, owners, employees, volunteers, and agents associated with these entities, from any and all claims, including claims for death, bodily injury, illness, property damage or loss, regardless of any cause arising from, or related to, the 2023 Run Gifford Run-Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run, even if arising from the negligence of others.
I agree to participate in the 2023 Run Gifford Run Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run within my driving ability on all paved and unpaved roads, byways, and trails. I will obey all traffic laws and regulations. I will obey "trail etiquette". I take full responsibility for my own actions, and will not be influenced by the actions of others. I fully understand I may encounter roads, trails, and trail conditions that I have not traveled before, and have no prior knowledge of, and therefore will drive within a manner that is considered safe for those conditions, for myself and others around me. Furthermore, I agree that I will not, in any circumstance, drive my vehicle, be it my own, rented or borrowed on the 2023 Run Gifford Run-Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run, beyond what is commonly considered a safe manner.
I hereby release, hold harmless, and promise to not sue, the Veterans Memorial Museum (VMM), Rock to River Events, Flivvers at the River, Guy and Hazelanna McMahan, Randle Fire & EMS-Lewis Dist. 21D14, any and all sponsors, officers, owners, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents associated with these entities (collectively "releases") with respect to any and all bodily injury and/or other loss resulting from my participation in the 2023 Run Gifford Run-Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run, whether as a passenger or operator of a motor vehicle or motorcycle, whether caused by negligence of the releases, or otherwise, during any respect associated from operating or riding in or on my own vehicle, rented vehicle, or borrowed vehicle.
In addition, by payment of registration and/or my signature on this form, I certify that I do not have any physical or mental condition, or disability, that would create a hazard for fellow participants or myself. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, and I am in possession of a valid driver's license, or that I am a passenger of legal age, or if I am under the age of 18, that I have consent from legal parent or guardian. My vehicle is currently registered and licensed, meets or exceeds the insurance requirements of the State of Washington, and is street legal. I, the participant, be it as a vehicle driver or passenger, have read this Release and Waiver of Responsibility Agreement and will abide by all terms as stated herein. I hereby agree this Release and Waiver of Responsibility shall be binding upon, and enforceable against, me, my personal representatives, spouses, assigns, heirs, and next of kin without limitation.
I have read and understand the terms of the Release and Waiver of Responsibility that I am about to sign. I further understand that the 2023 Run Gifford Run-Gambler 500 Poker Rally Run cannot accept any participant, be it operator or passenger, without a duly signed Release and Waiver of Responsibility form.
I understand clearly that I have given up substantial rights by signing this Release and Waiver of Responsibility, and I have signed freely and voluntarily, without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me. I intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
